IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

The following policies are legally binding on all employees, contractors, subcontractors, and agents of Sri Narayana Constructions. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal proceedings. These documents are confidential and intended solely for authorised personnel.

1. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

This Code of Conduct ("Code") is applicable to all employees, contract workers, subcontractors, consultants, agents, and any individual acting on behalf of Sri Narayana Constructions ("the Company") in any capacity. Compliance with this Code is mandatory and non-negotiable. Violation of any provision herein shall constitute a disciplinary offence and may result in immediate termination of employment or contract, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to the Company.

2. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT STANDARDS

2.1 All personnel shall conduct themselves with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times while representing the Company.

2.2 No employee or contractor shall engage in behaviour that brings disrepute to the Company, its clients, government departments, or the civil construction profession.

2.3 Personnel are strictly prohibited from making unauthorised statements or commitments on behalf of the Company to clients, government officials, media, or third parties.

2.4 All personnel must maintain punctuality, discipline, and adherence to assigned duties as directed by site supervisors and management.

3. WORKPLACE BEHAVIOUR

3.1 Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abuse of any form — including verbal, physical, or psychological — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action.

3.2 Consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or any controlled substances on company premises or project sites is absolutely prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate dismissal.

3.3 Personal disputes must not interfere with professional duties. Any conflict must be reported to the HR Department for formal resolution.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS

All personnel are bound by strict confidentiality obligations regarding project data, client information, tender documents, financial records, and proprietary methods. Breach of confidentiality constitutes a serious offence under this Code and applicable law.

5. ENFORCEMENT

The Company reserves the right to investigate any alleged breach of this Code and take appropriate disciplinary or legal action. Ignorance of this Code shall not be accepted as a defence.

This policy is legally binding. Non-compliance will result in enforcement action.
