1. LEGAL IDENTITY
Sri Narayana Constructions ("the Company") is a duly registered civil construction enterprise operating under the laws of the State of Andhra Pradesh, India. The Company holds a valid Class 2 Civil Contractor licence issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and is a registered member of the South Andhra Building Contractors Association (SABCA), East Godavari District.
2. ESTABLISHMENT AND EXPERIENCE
The Company was established over five decades ago and has accumulated 48+ years of continuous experience in civil engineering, infrastructure development, and construction services across East Godavari District and the broader Andhra Pradesh region. This extensive heritage constitutes a material representation of the Company's credentials and capabilities.
3. REGISTERED OFFICE
The Company's registered office is situated at Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh — 533 101. All legal notices, correspondence, and formal communications must be addressed to this registered office.
4. SCOPE OF OPERATIONS
The Company is authorised and actively engaged in civil construction works for the following departments and sectors: (a) Corporation of Rajamahendravaram; (b) Roads & Buildings (R&B) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh; (c) Panchayat Raj (PR) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh; (d) Private construction works and residential projects; (e) Private layout development and infrastructure.
5. CONTRACTOR CLASSIFICATION
The Company's Class 2 Civil Contractor classification authorises it to undertake government contracts up to the monetary limits prescribed by the Andhra Pradesh Government for Class 2 contractors, as amended from time to time. The Company shall not undertake contracts exceeding its authorised classification limits without prior approval from the relevant authority.
